Practice structure
A principal consultant, a quantity surveyor and a construction engineer
The Principal Consultant acts as the main client contact and the first point of contact for quantity surveying and project management matters, while overseeing the whole team. Project management work is delivered alongside contract administration and programme management, with supervision of junior project managers’ output structured into the practice. Engineering design, planning, construction and maintenance capability is held by the firm’s construction engineer.
